When I was in Texas I had some amazing Birria tacos and since that day I’ve been searching for the best Birria in Kansas, Cancun Fiesta Fresh has been the best hands down. The consomme is delicious, the garlic hot sauce/salsa is the best hot sauce I’ve ever had, all around great food. Order some quesabirria tacos with extra cheese and thank me later! ”
“ 5 star for the food. Birria tacos and even regular soft tacos were on point! First time visit... Jan 2025...not sure why the opening is a near freezer style slip opening with no door... But bring a blanket or coat and gloves you don't mind eating with lol. The food made it worth it but if they simply put an actual door on the building what little heat is in there could trap a little better. Looking forward to coming back between spring and fall months lol ”

“ You're first greeted with lots of decorations in a fiesta atmosphere. The salsa & chips are really good. Not too salty or spicey. I had 2 and beef tacos for lunch. They were very good as well. Overall great pick for lunch. ”
